‘A love for God, ourselves and others’

T5 week 1

This week the shout outs have come from parents who have nominated you for doing so well at home!

I would like a shout out to Séamus because no matter what I asked him to do he did it and did it well.

A shout for Oliver to say that we are so proud of all his learning, being a great big brother and helpful and understanding to a working mummy and daddy. We especially love his Pokemon story, science learning and quick maths on online games. Well done Oliver!

Kian’s being doing brilliant hand writing, reading and spell shed! He’s really missed his friends, and school!

I would you like to give a Big Shout Out to my daughter Claudia. Having been in lockdown for the last few weeks she has become even more helpful. Claudia has always helped around the house but since lockdown she has wanted to be more involved. She helps prepare dinner, helps me around the house and will ask "What can I do to help?” Claudia will sit down and do her home work without complaining. In the past few weeks her reading and spelling really improved and I am so proud that she is working very hard. We talked about the importance of what is going on at the moment with covid-19 and is important that we stay at home and stay safe. She knows that playgrounds and cinemas are closed so she never complains that we can't go out. Claudia always makes sure her hands are clean and does everything to help protect her family. Claudia has been a little hero and deserves this shot out. Well done my little star from your proud Mommy.

William has been working really hard on his handwriting although he doesn't like doing it all! But it has made a huge difference. He is also doing 10 minute workouts a day focusing on the curriculum and we have been looking at fractions, time and money! He has been reading daily too and taken lots of AR tests. I am very proud of him.

Szymon was working extremely hard on his handwriting and on spelling and maths on EdShed. He is trying very hard to be first every day/week on spelling shed. I am very proud of him :)

Please would you give Bella a shout out, she's been finding writing and her handwriting hard and tires along the way but we had a big break through today and Bella has enjoyed and worked hard to do it.
