week 4
What an exciting week we have had! It started with a brilliant trip to the Big Cat Sanctuary on Monday. All the children and adults had the most amazing day, and we learned so much about the rainforest and the animals that live there!
On Wednesday, we were treated to a visit from Rachel from Titch Designs, who came in to share her expertise in textiles. On Thursday, we welcomed Steph and Tiff from Topical Talk into our class to share a great lesson on the war in Syria with us.
In maths this week, after six long weeks, we have completed our unit on multiplication and division! We have also been working hard through our tables and focusing on our facts of the week—3x9=27 and 7x8=56.
