Go through the powerpoint about equal groups (sharing / division).  Once you have done this look at the equal groups discussion cards and talk about which groups are equal and which are not.  The ‘traffic light’ faces can be used to show which are equal (green), which are not (red) and which ones you are not sure on (orange).

English - Zog

 

Watch ‘Zog’.  What skills must Zog learn at dragon school?  Write a list of these skills, titled ‘How to become a dragon...’

Play the equal groups game.  You will need something to use as counters and a partner to play with.

In the story, the princess dreams of being something else when she grows up.  Can you write a dream for yourself for when you grow up?  What do you want to be and why?

Imagine you have arrived at your chosen destination after Zog has flown you there.  Can you write a postcard to someone at home from that destination?

Complete the sheet on equal groups.  Choose the most challenging level for you - one star is the easiest, two stars is slightly harder and three stars the hardest.

English - Zog

 

Zog's 'super power' is being able to fly.  If you could have a super power what would it be and why?

Carry on with your COVID 19 time capsule.

 

Science

 

Nature walk - tree spotting.  When you are out for your daily exercise walk, how many of these trees can you spot.  What other trees can you find that are not on the sheet?  Can you find a way to identify them?

RE

 

Write about your favourite holiday - include pictures if you have some.  Once you have done this, find out about holy days throughout the year and write these in your book.

 

ICT
 

Design a reward certificate for Zog's efforts.
