Week Three
Putting our cognitive skills to the test in PE!
In science this week, we learnt the difference between flowering and non-flowering plants. We then went on a plant hunt outside so we could create classification trees for them.
We had an enquiry lesson in history this week, where we worked in teams to research the Ancient Greeks and the legacy they left behind.
This week in computing, we learnt the fundamentals of touch typing. Hopefully, with a little more practise, Year 6 can start to make a habit of touch typing and use this skill throughout their computing curriculum this year!
In PE, we practised dribbling with a football.
