We have really enjoyed spending time in our school library. We chose books to share with our friends and enjoyed a story time with Mrs. Crosby.
This term, we will be studying 'Traction Man' by Mini Grey. We began this week with making predictions based on the front cover, identifying nouns and adjectives and getting to know the book in our fabulous 'under the sea' library.
Bethlehem class have been learning to subtract by counting back. They have used renenreks and an interactive 100 square to help them do this.
We began our new Science topic - Everyday Materials- by going on a hunt around the classroom to find as many objects as we could made from everyday materials. We found lots of things in our class made from wood, metal, plastic, glass and water.
We were very lucky to have Father A visit our classroom for this week's Wednesday Word. We really enjoyed our time with Father and our discussion all about heaven.
We explored various Jewish artefacts, such as Menorah, The Torah and a Sedar plate.
