Week Six
We had a big week of history this week! First, we looked at rationing. We looked at some replicas of primary sources, explored a timeline and even made our own rationing recipe pancakes!
Next, we learnt about the Battle of Britain. We organised primary and secondary sources and then did some drama to help us understand this historical event.
Next, we learnt about ways people kept safe during the Blitz.
Finally, we showed off all of our knowledge of World War II with a hexagon task. This is where we grouped together key vocabulary/events/people and explained how they link to each other.
