We have been learning all about Florence Nightingale and the changes she made to army hospitals, during the Crimean War. We thought about how it would have felt to be in the hospital in those days and how strongly Florence felt about improving standards for her patients.
Bethlehem class have been learning all about direction and arrow keys. They used this knowledge to complete various challenges.
Children followed their written instructions to make hot chocolate.
Bethlehem class have been working very hard this week, putting all their imperative verb learning in to action. Children wrote instructions, in preparation for making the perfect hot chocolate later in the week. Watch this space...
