Games and resources...

Please find some games and resources below for you to play with your child. There are also some games that they enjoyed last term.

EYFS March Maths Calendar

Print out and cut up - get child to make a line by joining the same numbers.

Write 10 in top circle - in other 2 circles, make 10 using Lego, cubes, toys e.g. 4 and 6

Print out - put an item in a box - how many to make 10? 20?

Paint coloured dots on 1 wing and fold - number has been doubled - how many are there now?

Numicon

Numicon Can you rotate and flip the different Numicon to find different ways to make 10? Or 20?

Dice

Dice Select 2 dice, click 'Roll All' and see if you can add the number of spots together. If you feel like a challenge, add extra dice.

Ten Frame Maths Games

For the Ten Frame games, if you don't have coloured counters, you could use coloured Lego bricks, coloured cubes or any resource whereby you have 2 different colours.

Dominoes Can you flip or rotate the dominoes to join similar numbers together to create a long number line?

Castles - 2D Shape

Could you cut out shapes from cardboard to make a 3D castle?

Pattern Blocks

Maths Bot - Pattern Blocks Can you flip or rotate the shapes and join together to make a larger shape? If you run out of a particular shape, click on the shape and click copy to generate more. Challenge: could you build a castle using these shapes?
