Lourdes (Year 3)
Welcome to Lourdes' class page!
This is the class page for Year 3, Lourdes class. This is where you will find lots of useful information relating to your child’s class this year. There will be a termly leaflet, which will have all the key information on what your children will be learning and any key events happening in the class for that term.
Our main priority is to ensure your child has a positive transition into KS2 and develops socially, emotionally as well as academically. If you have any concerns please come to speak to myself (Mrs Cheeseman) either at pick up at the end of the day or via the school office.
Reminders of key information will be communicated via email from the office. We will also use Seesaw to set homework tasks on a Friday for completion by the Wednesday. As we get further into the term, will be encouraging children to access Timestable Rocks Stars on a daily basis at home. Please ensure your child is reading for a minimum of 15 minutes a day to an adult, and this is noted in their reading log which will help us to track their reading progress and assess them accordingly.
