Year 3 added their own gifts and prayers to the tree in the Nativity Garden.
In Science, we studied Igneous rock and demonstrated extrusive igneous rock with our own volcano.
In English, we used our word bank to write sentences to structure our persuasive letters.
Year 3 have been learning to play the Glockenspiel in music.
In PE, we practised our rotation skills; under arch, supported and supported with hoops.
Year 3 created Stone Age Boy story books this week and then enjoyed reading them to Year R!
In History this week, Year 3 created their own cave paintings.
In Science this week, Year 3 were learning about the process of fossilisation and we created our own fossils!

Year 3 came to school in pyjamas for Children In Need 2021!

The children enjoyed testing their mechanisms (made over half term), to see which one threw the conkers the furthest!
