This week, in Aspiring Writers we have been delving into the story of Hovis the Hedgehog. We have spoke about the importance of fire safety and how bonfires destroy animals homes, which inspired us to create Hovis a new safe home. In Maths, we have discussed big and small, and parts and wholes of numbers. In Art, we have been practising our cutting skills. In Science, we learnt about what is living and not living and then discussed how we look after living things so became vets. In History, we discussed how we change as we grow up and Miss Morris showed us a picture of her as a baby and then the reason we have Bonfire Night.
