Week 3
This week was the KCSP Science Day! We joined up with year 5 to create marble mazes, but the challenge was to create the maze where the marble would travel down the slowest. It was a great investigation!
In history this week, we used the Now Press Play headsets to go on a Viking adventure! We really enjoyed the audio story and enjoyed acting along with it. It helped to embed our learning about Viking homelands, settlements, and raiding, trading and invading.
In PE this week, we created some balances. These balances were symmetrical balances with our partners that we had to hold as part of a sequence.
We had a climate change workshop with West End in Schools. We got to do some drama alongside some very important learning about how to protect our planet.
In RE, we did some freeze framing to show Jesus' final journey into Jerusalem. We created thought bubbles and speech bubbles to show the different perspectives of those who would have witnessed the event.
