Week 5
In science, we carried out an investigation to support our learning of evolution. We had different "bird beaks" (chop sticks, tweesers, pegs and spoons) and we used them to pick up different foods to see which bird were best adapted to certain islands.
In RE, we used laptops to demonstrate our understanding of Mass being the Source and Summit of life.
In dance this week, we explored group dances of the 2000s, including the Cha Cha Slide and The Ketchup Song. We then choreographed our own group dances.
In geography we had a bit of a debate and vote to discuss whether or not we'd rather buy a £5 fast fashion t-shirt or a £50 locally made, ethically sourced t-shirt. We then organised facts and statistics to learn more about fast fashion and how it impacts our world.
