Week 1
Our first week back saw the children begin their sculpting projects. They were introduced to our focus artist, Barbara Hepworth. The children appraised her work in a classroom gallery and then went on to carve out their Hepworth-inspired sculptures from soap. It was a great afternoon, and the children's designs were very successful. We have also begun cricket skills and learnt how to throw and catch correctly in fielding.
