week 1
This week, Year 4 have begun learning about the Indus Civilisation. We used the outside timeline to find out when the Indus people lived and how long the civilisation lasted, and where the period fits into other areas of history that we have studied.
In PE, we have begun learning how to hold the stick in hockey as well as how to control the ball safely and with accuracy. Our second lesson was slightly hampered by a sudden downpour of rain, so we joined Jo Wicks for a very tough indoor workout!
We have continued our maths journey by learning how to add and subtract 4-digit numbers with more than one exchange.
