week 7
This week, it has definitely begun to feel festive! The Christmas trees are up around school, and the fairy lights are sparkling in ourclassroom and we have had the treat of watching the KS1 nativity!
In class, the children have completed their diary entry writing and have done an excellent job illustrating them, too. In music lessons, we have learnt the classic hit 'Sleigh Ride' and accompanied it using cup percussion. It has taken a bit of practice, but the children have enjoyed playing along. In PE, we worked on precisionan accuracy with a game of 'SpacE Invaders' using cones and hockey skills,s which the children loved! And of course, on Wednesday, Year 4 joined in with the rest of St.Peter's to celebrate Christmas Around the World!
